PRESENTATION OF THE GIZ COUNTRY OFFICE GENDER EQUALITY STRATEGY 2020-2024.
The Strategy will be presented to GIZ CO staff members including the members of the Management Team. The objective is to achieve ownership by the staff, lobby for time and resources to be available for implementation of the strategy, and gain joined commitment for implementation of the strategy.
However, the focus will be to familiarize the AVs with the future activities, hence ensuring that their projects will collect the foreseen sex-disaggregated data, make increased effort for ensure quality of the gender analysis and place gender mainstreaming higher in the agenda for planning and implementation.
