Workshop on Internal GIZ CO Sex-Disaggregated Data Collection Mechanism.
The objective of the workshop is to prepare the project staff nominated for collection of the sex-disaggregated data for use of the system (excel-based software templates) that is going to be introduced in practice by March 15th.
The mechanism will collect data on: (i) GIZ personnel /including parental leave info; (ii) Participation to GIZ events /by stakeholders’ type; (iii) Hired consultants /by modality and contract value; and (iv) Use of training opportunities for strengthening personal and team capacities.
